How to contact your US senator or congressional representative

There are a lot of issues Americans are concerned about. From the budget to gun control and birth control, to the future of Social Security, health care, and how we treat our wounded veterans, if it matters to you it needs to matter to your elected representative.

Don’t be silent.

Whether you are a Democrat, Republican, Independent, Libertarian, or have no party affiliation, participate in your democracy and contact your representative. Tell them what you think about the job they're doing, or not doing when it comes to running our country.

The number for the congressional switchboard is 202-224-3121.

Don’t complain about the direction your country is taking without using the power of your voice. If the only people your representative hears from are lobbyists, who do you think they will work for?
